Incredible Goa Food & Hospitality, Goa’s first and only Food & Hospitality magazine was officially launched on the 25th February’22 at Caava Courtyard in Anjuna. This new magazine on the subject of Food and Hospitality comes from the makers of “Incredible Goa” an already well-established media house Goa Prism Digital Media.

Food and Hospitality Magazine aims to cover stories related exclusively to the food and hospitality industry and features sections like Industry Buzz, Chef Speaks, GM Interviews, Recipes, Spirits of Goa, Restaurant & Hotel Reviews, Start-ups Stories, Latest Trends and a lot more.
The magazine is led by Aditi Malhotra as the managing editor while Rajesh Ghadge who is the founder of Goa Prism Digital Media is the Editor – In – Chief and publisher of the magazine forms the strong backbone of the project.
Aditi brings to table her 20 plus years of experience in the field of marketing, content planning, strategy and her role as a food and lifestyle blogger spanning more than a decade, covering more than 1000 restaurants & hotels across the nation is a cherry on the cake.
Rajesh on the other hand has been successfully running Goa Prism with multiple media brands underneath and is also the man behind the very popular Incredible Goa Magazine and Awards that felicitate the people of Goa from all walks of life, every year.
Together as a team both Rajesh and Aditi strive to make the magazine a huge success and expand it to the national level in near future.
Speaking at the launch Rajesh said “Creating an idea is nothing in itself unless it is nurtured and taken to the finish lines with the hard work and the sweat and for me both of these things holds a very strong value. Although this idea was discussed before the pandemic but I kept working on it and kept it alive throughout the difficult times and it makes me feel happy that today that has come into the reality, and Aditi, my partner in Crime, who believed in me and decided to stood by side when I decided to launch this magazine finally.”
The launch that was held at Caava Courtyard, a stunning open-air lounge in Anjuna saw the presence of some very well-known and prominent faces from the food and hospitality industry including hotel GMs, F&B heads, restaurant owners, socialites, and media personnel in attendance. Caava’s warm hospitality, excellent food, on-point service and spectacular music & dance entertainment featuring Tritha & Martin added to the grandeur of the launch. While Greater Than Gin, Simba Beer, Mog Asun Whisky, Rahasya Vodka and Svami Drinks made sure that there was enough liquid happiness flowing through the event. BIG FM was also on board as the radio partner and helped a great deal in creating buzz about the magazine.
