Goan beaches are meant for everyone, but there are some beaches which are captured by foreigners based on their need for privacy. Here we have listed the 5 well-known beaches in Goa that are meant for the foreigners.

Goa has an essence that is chilled yet magical. One of the most famous tourist destinations in the country, millions of foreigners visits this state often. Foreigners consider Goa as their second home due to the similarities in the culture and cuisines. Goa is one of the most liberal and safest places to visit and people of this coastal state are fun and loving.

2. Palolem Beach

This is one of the most picturesque beaches in Goa. The amazing beach covered with palm trees and Sunsets in the evening is a sight that one would not want to miss. The beach is located in Canacona, South Goa and is located at a distance of 76 Kms away from the capital city, Panjim. The Sunset on this beach is magical.

One can get here by either a mode of public transport or even by a rented vehicle. The beach has shacks lined up that provide good food and accommodations. Apart from this, the markets near the beach offer a wide range of products to buy from- From accessories to clothes and even ordinary necessities, these markets have it all.

According to Appealing India, Ashwem Beach is one of the best beaches for foreigners in Goa and especially when tourists are looking to spend some alone time in a stunning location.  Ashwem has a lovely panorama known for its stones surrounding the beach carved by shellfish. Apart from the amazing views, this beach has good shacks that provide delicious seafood.

Perfect for swimming too, this beach is located at a distance of 29 Km from Panjim. You can also pamper yourself in the relaxing Ayurvedic treatments present here. Ashwem Beach is also famously known for its Olive Ridley Turtles that nest here and is thus this beach is dedicated to conserving the species.

According to Tour My India, Vagator beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa that is enclosed with soft white sand and speckled by huge black rocks, coconut & palm trees. It is famous due to its dynamic cliffs and its secluded nature. This beach is divided into two beaches named Big Vagator and Small Vagator. 

Located at a distance of 22 Kms from Panjim, This place is also famous for its parties. Hill-Top is one such famous party place here. Apart from this, the beach has some good places of accommodation, places to eat and shop, and even water sports to enjoy. The beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed with your loved ones on these beaches.

4. Arambol Beach

According to Holidify, Arambol Beach is located in North Goa and is relatively unexploited by tourist activities. Considered to be one of the most spectacular beaches in Goa, Arambol beach has a distinct Bohemian feel to it, which attracts tourists from all over the world. Arambol Beach is also famous for the sweet water lagoon or lake that is located at the end of the adjacent beach i.e. Kalacha beach.

It is accessible only on foot and its shallow waters are wonderfully calm to swim in. The sand here is also known to have healing properties. This is a serene beach that once used to attract the hippies. Perfect for swimming, this beach is located at a distance of 35.5 Kms away from Panjim.

5. Morjim Beach

Morjim Beach is also locally known as “Little Russia” because of huge inhabitation of Russians here and has a significant influence of Russia to it.

Morjim Beach is also famous for Olive Ridley Sea Turtles. It is a peaceful beach to enjoy the sunsets or to even engage in watersports. This beach is located at a distance of 28 Kms from Panjim and is one of the popular beaches in North Goa and is perfect for foreign travelers.

Foreigners have added to the charm of this state and sights of these white-skinned individuals mainly hailing from places like the UK and Russia has become a thing about this coastal state.
