The Afghan student was attacked over a small altercation with the group of four accused it shows that the youth are moving around with the weapons like a knife in their possession and ready to attack anyone anytime. This needs to be dealt with seriously to avoid any such incidents from happening in the future. Following the stabbing of an Afghan student near the Goa University campus, the international student studying in Goa are feeling unsafe.

Goa to Attract Tourists from New International Destinations with the New Tourism Policy Next Year

Tourism is slowing down in the state in the past few years due to the non-existence of tourism policy in the state. The chief minister of Goa Pramod Sawant had admitted that the ongoing tourism has slowed down with stiff fall in tourist arrivals in the state. The work of tourism policy which began in 2014 is not yet resolved and how Mr Sawant wants to implement a new tourism policy from the coming season saying that the work on that is in progress.

Nehru Was Responsible for the Delay in Goa’s Liberation, Claimed Goa CM

Goa would have got liberated 14 years earlier if it was not for the delayed decision of India’s first Prime Minister Shri Jawaharlal Nehru, said Goa’s Chief Minister Pramod Sawant. Police Constable refused to take bribe of 1.5 Lakhs Gets Memo from his Superiors

Police constable Bhagwan Sawant from Canacona who refused to accept the bribe of 1.5Lakhs from the group of Keralites, who were crossing the border with the huge sum of demonetised 1000 rupees currency notes to the tune of 1.48 crore, was issued with the memo by his superiors. The senior police officer called his action as an act of indiscipline. He posted the incident social media to take the credit for himself, said the senior officer.
